As a consequence, the Year 8 programme for 24-25 will also change. Details will be published in summer 2024.

Maths Panda is based on the 2007 research by Dr Li Wei Xióngmão (University of Zhú), who found that looking at photographs of pandas prior to doing mathematics can reduce anxiety by up to 18%.
